Natalie Presler
Attorney
Natalie has a passion for standing up for individual rights. She fostered that passion at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, focusing on public interest law. While at Northeastern, Natalie completed four full time internships at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston, the San Francisco Public Defender's Office, the Legal Aid Society in Queens, and a mid-size civil firm in New York City. Natalie graduated in 2013 and spent most of the next decade fighting for clients in the criminal legal systems in Massachusetts and Ohio. She also spent a year clerking for the Honorable Donald L. Cabell at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, where she served as clerk for a court-sponsored re-entry program bringing together the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Federal Defender's Office, and the U.S. Probation Office.
In 2023, Natalie transitioned from criminal law to personal injury, continuing to fight for the rights of individuals in the civil sphere. Natalie joined CaJacob Law Group in August 2024, where she continues to provide compassionate and dedicated client-focused representation.
In her time away from the office, Natalie enjoys wildflower hikes, photography, and travel. Natalie has traveled to 35 countries and over 100 cities around the world, visited 16 U.S. National Parks, and spent two years living in South Korea. Natalie also enjoys doing yoga and received her 200-hour YTT certification in 2024.
